Hotmail Gets Bing

As a major step forward in introducing Bing to its users, Microsoft has upgraded its “Quick Add” feature from “Hotmail/Windows Live Mail” with a number of features from its Bing search engine, including Bing Maps, Videos, Restaurants, etc.

Users will now be able to search for maps, restaurants, movie info, business listings, but that’s not all. In addition to being able to search for these things, users will also be able to email the info directly to their desired recipients, as demonstrated in the image below.

Not only is this a move that will make Hotmail appear more user friendly, but it will also enable its users to get accustomed to the new and accessible Bing search engine.
