Here is a document from the Catalyst Group. It is a report summarizing the study performed on 12 individuals who were asked to use both Bing & Google. This document does not reflect the actual Internet audience because 12 people cannot represent the entire Internet population.

Document Summary:
-Users prefer Bing’s better interface
-Bing attracted 150% more user viewing time to the ad space at the top of the search result
-Bing has better result organization
-People are familiar to Google
-People find the results they want faster on Bing
-Bing has a better search assistance
-The enhancements on Bing is not enough for them to convert to google
